Returns & Exchanges

At Deimos Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your art piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the artwork in its original protective packaging and include the printed RMA form to ensure the item remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
